Boot Camp is an extremely effective and successful weight loss and fitness boot
camp. We believe that the best way for new clients to see this is by reading testimonials/feedback
from existing clients. All testimonials are taken from feedback forms given to
clients at the end of each course. E-mails received from clients once they return
home are also listed to give new clients further understanding of how effective
the Total Boot Camp programme is. October
5th 2009 A really great experience - I
thought every aspect of Total Bootcamp was excellent. Tania
Bishop I am so pleased with everything I have achieved
and I have a real sense of satisfaction inside that hopefully will help me in
the future. I was after a new start and ended up with a new me. I
proved to myself I can do anything and also how far I could actually push myself
and the results I myself can achieve. I have buried a lot of bad self beliefs.
I can now do extreme sports which I believed was only for other people.

- hiking, rock climbing, abseiling, mountain biking, being out in beautiful countryside,
soya yoghurt, vegetable soups, curry, spicy fish, abs, stretching exercises, boxing.
Disliked - working out after dinner, any activity
after 8pm is too much, being shouted at, carrying stretcher, workout after breakfast.
Needed a longer break time. In general, I enjoyed
Bootcamp, it is in a beautiful setting. I would recommend Bootcamp with the understanding
that it is very hard work. Steve is a great instructor and obviously very knowledgeable
but sometimes he forgets that he is not in the army now. I
liked most of the food but could have done with a few more oatcakes! I think that
Bootcamp could be improved by being a bit more flexible for less fit people. I
personally found it a real struggle and it would have benefited me more not to
have to attend everything, as sometimes I was completely exhausted and could not
perform well. The course has given me more confidence
and I sleep better at night. I found the nutritionist very helpful and I believe
that the course will provide long term benefits for me in terms of eating habits,
motivation and energy levels. Loved it - tough but
worth it and glad I worked as hard as I did because my fitness results were amazing.
The staff were fantastic - no complaints. The food was excellent, really tasty
and I learned a lot from the diet I was eating. There was a great variety of exercises
and would definitely come back but only for 5 days. I
especially liked early runs, hill walking and cardio boxing. Did not like the
stretcher activity but overall, found the Physical Training Instructors excellent.

I was hoping for better weight loss, my fitness has increased no-end. The week
has involved meeting great people and has been a great experience. I particularly
enjoyed biking, rock climbing, kayaking, assault course, stretcher and canon task.

The experience was made enjoyable by the motivation, kindness
and encouragement provided by the instructors. They were an inspiration and a
total credit to Total Bootcamp. The variety of the exercise programmes was very

A very hurtful BUT enjoyable experience but personally I gained a lot out of
these 5 days and hopefully will use the information gained from the Physical Training
Instructors to my advantage. Also the Nutritionists talk opened my eyes. I particularly
liked the gorge walking and team games. I would definitely come again. Kevin

I can say is that it was great! I lost the same amount of weight in 1 week as
through dieting and gym at home for 3 months; more importantly I lost inches,
gained motivation to continue, met lovely people and LOVED IT.

When I arrived on the 20th I felt nervous and all
the other candidates looked the same. However, that didn't last long. The team
was great. At one stage I didn't feel to good but I reckon that was due to the
changes in my diet i.e. lack of salt, sugar. Jane was good and accommodated me
very well and looked after me. I certainly recommend
bootcamp to others. It was well worth it. It is hugely beneficial, the instructors
kept us disciplined and they had an understanding of each individual. The management
was marvellous, this was down to Jane. The activities varied, hard but do-able.
