About Marisa

Marisa has worked extensively in both London & America specialising in eating disorders & weight related problems & confidence issues.

Marisa has an extensive client list including actors, rock stars, media personalities, royalty & celebrities all over the world; her unique individual approach always gets results.

Marisa featured in Tattler 2007 guide to Britain’s 250 best doctors.

She was the advisor for ITV's Celebrity Fit Club in the USA & UK & was named best British therapist by mens health magazine in May 2006 & also has recently been involved with Supersize vs Superskinny airing on Channel 4.

About Kate

Kate has many years experience in the healthy eating and nutrition industry with particular interest in weight control, women's health problems, PMS, menopause, food intolerances and allergies from babies to seniors.

Kate is a member of the British Association of Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and has spoken on various radio shows on the benefits of optimum nutrition including The Chris Evans Show and the Lesley Jones Show.

Kate has written many articles on various health issues in magazines including; Elle, Closer and Tatler.

In the event that Marisa Peer is unable to carry out her workshop at Total Boot Camp due to other media & TV commitments, her assistant, Kate Fitzpatrick will hold the sessions. Kate is trained by Marisa & uses her methods.

Total Boot Camp diet

The Total Boot Camp diet has been designed by Marisa Peer and Kate Fitzpatrick to ensure you not only lose 1-2 dress sizes & lose between 5-10lbs it will also ensure that you lose the weight predominantly from your waist, stomach, hips & have a flatter stomach with less bloating.

The diet is designed to increase your metabolic rate, keep energy levels
high, burn fat, & minimize sugar cravings lowering the level of sugar
in your blood while satisfying your hunger.

Example Menu:

Breakfast
Porridge made with water
Soya or rice milk
Fresh Berries
Flax and pumpkin seeds

Lunch
Chicken and lentil soup
1/2 a banana

Dinner
Poached Atlantic salmon with
asparagus and spicy tomato salsa
Baked sweet potatoes

Snacks
Fresh berries, nuts, assorted seeds,
oat cakes & hummus or dark chocolate
