group works together towards their goals individually and as a team. All activities
are flexible within themselves to cater for all levels of fitness and ages (under
18's need parental consent).
The Total Bootcamp programme
is carefully designed by our team of physical training instructors and nutritionists
to ensure you get the most out of your "Bootcamp Experience".
The
programme is designed to get you to lose weight, reduce body fat, boost your metabolism
which means that you burn more calories. For every pound of muscle you
build, you can burn 50 extra calories a day.
Total
Boot Camp is one of the most successful military style fitness and weight
loss boot camps. The day is broken up into sessions using both onsite and offsite
facilities. The exercises and activities that you will be taking part
in will be a combination of the following:
