Total Boot Camp is designed to give you the chance to gain insight into the basic
no frills, all-American style boot camp. Total Boot Camp aim to
give you a valuable insight into making exercise and healthy eating
part of your way of life, and enables you to try activities that you may never
of thought of taking part in - and may well continue when you leave. The programme
is designed to enable you to lose weight effectively and increase your fitness
levels. We have found that the majority of our clients have gone
on to lose further weight when they leave Total Boot Camp. Each boot
camp will contain no more than 26 participants to allow our team
of staff to spend time with you both as a group as well as individually. | |

Upon
booking you will be provided with a information pack which will include
a booking form, nutrition and health questionnaire, kit list as well as terms

obstacle courses, military manoeuvres, rounders, tag rugby, boxing, core training,

Your quarters will be inspected daily. This is boot camp, not a health
farm. No frills, no shiny equipment, great fun with guaranteed results! During
